Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy outlines how users can cancel their subscription to the Okushon platform and what to expect during the process.
1. Subscription Plans
Okushon offers multiple subscription tiers, available on either a
monthly or
annual billing cycle. Users may also choose a
free plan with limited features. All paid subscriptions begin with a
14-day free trial, during which users must enter valid payment information (unless they select the free plan). At the end of the trial, the selected paid subscription will automatically begin and billing will commence.
2. Billing and Renewal
Billing is processed automatically on the
monthly or annual anniversary of the day your free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
3. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard in your Okushon account. No notice period is required.
- If you cancel a monthly plan, you will continue to have access until the end of your current monthly billing period.
- If you cancel an annual plan, access will continue until the end of your current annual billing term.
No refunds or partial credits will be issued for the remaining time on your subscription.
4. Free Trial Cancellation
To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription
before the end of the 14-day free trial period. If not cancelled, the selected paid plan will be activated and the applicable fees will be charged automatically.
5. Reactivation
You may reactivate your account within 30 days of cancellation. Your data will be preserved for this period, after which it may be permanently deleted.
- No reactivation fees are charged.
- To reactivate, simply sign up again using your original account details.
6. Cancellation by Okushon
Okushon reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions
at its sole discretion if we believe a user has violated our
Terms and Conditions. In such cases,
no refunds will be issued.
7. No Subscription Pausing
Subscriptions cannot be paused. If you wish to discontinue service, you must cancel through your billing dashboard.
